Lead Organization: A Collaboration of partners around Cleveland

The Cleveland 2030 District is a movement to create high-performance building districts throughout Greater Cleveland with the goal of dramatically reducing the environmental impacts of building construction and operations while increasing Cleveland’s competitiveness in the business environment and increasing owners’ return on investment

There are currently 168 buildings, a total of 40 million square feet participating in the 2030 District, since 2011. Those buildings and partners that are part of the 2030 District and are actively reducing energy have achieved almost 24% reductions in energy consumption from their baseline in 2011.
